and purchasing of multi-family investment properties. From landlord and
tenant law, to the complexities of pre-purchase inspections and tenant
security deposit transfers, Robert is familiar with the many complex
scenarios that are associated with the purchase and sale of multi-family
properties.
Robert earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing
from Monmouth University, West
Long Branch, NJ. He has completed additional graduate course work in
Economics and Marketing. With over twenty years of hands-on real estate
experience, Robert is a recognized expert in the field. He has been
published in numerous print media and been called upon as an expert
witness in the area of residential and commercial real estate.
In addition to owning and
managing First Mountain Real Estate, Robert teaches Ethics and Fair
Housing for the North
Central Jersey Board of REALTORS and is a Deacon at the
First Presbyterian Church of Caldwell. Robert grew up in
North Caldwell and
continues to live in the area with his wife, Anne, and their four
children.
Designations Earned:
GRI
- Graduate Realtor Institute - earned by those REALTORS completing courses in the fields of
appraisal, commercial brokerage, land surveying, personal marketing,
industrial, commercial, and investment real estate, property valuation,
and taxation.
CRS -
Certified Residential Specialist - represents the top 5% of all
REALTORS in the nation. To earn the CRS Designation, every REALTOR must
have a significant mix of experience and volume of real estate
transactions as well as extensive training in marketing, technology,
finance, listing and selling strategies and adhere to a strict code of
ethics.
CRB -
Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager - held by less than 1% of REALTORS
nationally. The CRB designee must attend 18 days of training held
throughout the United States and have a minimum number of years managing
a real estate office. The courses encompass advanced real estate
marketing and financial analysis.
