• HUD & Terrizzi vs. Dellipaoli - This court decision confirms that an owner occupied two family property is exempt from Federal Fair Housing Act.  In the case even though the landlord had the right to discriminate against children they did violate the Federal Fair Housing Act prohibition on advertising that discrimination.  The courts have continually verified that "advertising" includes verbal discriminatory speech from the landlord to the tenant.
